About Damien Museum
The Damien Museum and Archives began in 1977 at Saint Patrick Monastery, the home of the retired Fathers and Brothers of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. The Museum was relocated to its present site on the Saint Augustine church grounds in February, 1986. Although the artifacts and photographs belong to the Fathers of the Sacred Hearts, the Museum is governed by a Board of Directors and an Executive Director. Its only source of revenue is from donations.
